What separates me from other real estate agents is my approach to all aspects of real estate. I listen carefully, I work hard to find the right home for you, I return calls promptly, and am present at viewings throughout your purchasing process. I help you to understand property documentation when you are considering a home, prepare all the documents for you for your purchase, and I negotiate to get you the very best price on the home you want. More than all of that though, I care, and I want to protect you in your purchase.
If you are selling your home, I hire professional photographers, floor plan artists, I market online on multiple sites, and have professionally designed fold out glossy brochures so that people will leave remembering your home. If you list your home with me, your home will stand out.

My Passions
On a more personal note, real estate has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I have nearly 3 decades of experience in buying, renovating, and selling my own homes and entered the business officially as a Real Estate Agent 20 years ago. Around the same point in time, I met my husband and proceeded to have 2 wonderful little boys with him. It is difficult to imagine living in a more idyllic place. If you live in Greater Vancouver, you know about its beauty, the many restaurants, activities, beaches, mountains, and adventures it has to offer. If you are planning on moving to this incredible place, or simply investing in a high rent city, please call me and I will take care of all of your real estate needs.
