Purchasing a new property from overseas can be quite easy with the help of knowledgable professionals on this end.  While I can help you with your property search, your deposit and financing will need to go through a financial institution. I reccommend Custom House. You will need to give your deposit for your property purchase in the form of a bank draft, in Canadian Dollars, as well as arrange for either mortgage financing and payments, or simply your final completion day payment.  

If you are making a 'Buying' trip in from overseas, or simply out of province, I can arrange all of your showings in advance, pick you up from your hotel or the airport, take you out to your showings. The negotiations and offer process can easily be completed while you are with me, or from the comfort of your own home.  I am happy to take video of  each home you have an interest in and send to you online.
